We operate between Canada and Peru, allowing us to ship from the closest available location depending on inventory availability and delivery destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Personalized or custom-made jewelry may require additional preparation time. If applicable, we will contact you by email with an updated timeline.

Once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details or pickup instructions.

Canada Shipping & Pickup

All Canadian orders are processed from Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Free Local Pickup — Coquitlam, BC

We offer free local pickup for customers located in the Tri-Cities area and surrounding cities, including:

  • Coquitlam

  • Port Coquitlam

  • Port Moody

  • Burnaby

  • Surrey

  • Vancouver and nearby areas

Pickup is available by appointment only.

For security and privacy reasons, the exact pickup address will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Canada Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $10 CAD

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: $20 CAD

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: $28 CAD

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

2.Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Almaya piece.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Almaya is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
